How to Replace a Spout for Your SYBO Coffee Urn

How to Replace a Spout for Your SYBO Coffee Urn

Is your SYBO's coffee maker spout leaking or in need of replacement? Replacing it is easier than you might think! Follow these simple instructions to ensure a perfect fit and leak-free operation.

Step 1: Remove Bolt

Step 2: When installing the new spout, ensure it includes two rubber rings that encircle the metal entry point. Remove the initial rubber ring and confirm that the second rubber ring is completely seated within both the spout and the metal entry.

Step 3: Insert the new spout into the coffee maker and place the second rubber ring around the metal entry. Orient the rubber ring with additional spacing toward the interior of the coffee maker. Refer to the image below for visual guidance.

Step 4: Position the metal ring around the spout's metal insert. Refer to the image below to ensure that the metal ring is correctly placed.

Step 5: Install the bolt around the spout's metal insert, ensuring that the extra spacing faces the spout. Tighten it securely. If the spout starts leaking, it indicates insufficient tightness or incorrect placement of the rubber ring or metal ring.

Replacing your coffee maker's spout is a straightforward task when you follow these steps. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to contact us. We're here to help!
